This Privacy Policy applies to the Tea Garden Log mobile application and any related public information services operated by ZABŁOCCY SP Z O O (“ZABŁOCCY,” “Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Scope of the Application
Tea Garden Log is a harvest logging, fermentation tracking, batch history, garden plot documentation, and artisan tea production journal utility. Users may use the app to record picking dates, green yield weights, tea varieties, garden plot names, wilting times, temperature notes, oxidation observations, processing notes, batch histories, seasonal comparisons, and related app settings.
The Application is a documentation utility only. It is not agricultural certification software, food safety compliance software, export compliance software, laboratory testing software, or a replacement for professional agricultural, processing, safety, or regulatory guidance.
2. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. It does not require registration, login, account creation, or authorization.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only to facilitate normal network connectivity. This technical data is not retained by the Application and is not used for tracking.
3. Local app records
If you enter tea production information into the Application, such as harvest dates, yield weights, garden plot names, variety names, wilting times, temperature notes, oxidation observations, processing notes, batch histories, seasonal comparisons, or settings, those records are intended to remain local to your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
4. Data Retention
Because Tea Garden Log does not collect, log, or store personal information on ZABŁOCCY servers through normal use, ZABŁOCCY does not retain personal app data.
- We do not maintain server-side user profiles.
- We do not keep account records because the app does not require accounts.
- We do not retain harvest, garden, fermentation, batch, or production journal data on our servers.
- Any local records created inside the app remain on the user’s device and are controlled by the user.
If you voluntarily contact ZABŁOCCY by email or another direct channel, we may retain the information you provide only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with applicable obligations.
5. Data Deletion
Since Tea Garden Log does not collect or store personal app data on ZABŁOCCY servers, there is no server-side app profile or cloud account for us to delete.
- You can remove local app data by using any available in-app clear/reset options, if provided.
- You can uninstall the Application to remove it from your device.
- You can also clear app storage through your device operating system settings, where supported.

6. Location Information
Tea Garden Log does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device through normal use.
7. Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal app data is shared with third parties. ZABŁOCCY does not sell personal data.
8. Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, you can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it from your device.
9. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. ZABŁOCCY does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the app itself.
10. Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of personal app data is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. ZABŁOCCY applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information voluntarily provided to us.
11. Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal app data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to us, ZABŁOCCY will provide notifications as required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
ZABŁOCCY may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.
13. Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to ZABŁOCCY and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
